The Brillion guard has been impressive for a while, even when the Lions had a rough season last year, but she’s always been someone I’ve enjoyed watching play. Her shot has always looked solid, and the results, I feel, have been more representative of what level of shooter she is. Brooks’ splits are at 44/35/80, which is solid considering she’s drawing most of the attention from opposing Eastern Wisconsin defenses and tied for third in the conference in scoring. Brooks may not be the most prominent name among small-school recruits this summer, but she’d be a steal for someone in the WIAC.
