The term, under the radar, is not meant to be disrespectful in anyway. All of these players in outside of the top 10-20 players in their respective classes. However, I think that they have a very good shot of cracking into that group depending on how well they perform this Saturday. I will be keeping a very close eye on these prospects!
Amyah Reaves 5’5 2021 G Hamilton
Reaves is a player that I did not get a chance to see this summer very often. I saw her in a few games for Section 7 but that is not enough to time to accurately rank her. I have heard a lot of good things about this player from many coaches that I trust greatly. I am very intrigued by Reaves.
Angel Addleman 5’6 2020 G Pusch Ridge
Addleman is a prospect who I have never seen play in person and I am very excited to see how she performs. Her stat line was absolutely crazy last year and she has a few NAIA schools talking to her. I am very excited to see how well this 20+ scorer performs.
Rachel Early 5’7 2021 G Dobson
I’ve seen Early a few times, but just like Reaves, not enough to accurately rank her. She can definitely play and played well in the few games I saw her in earlier this summer. If she can show that she is a consistent player, she will definitely see a pump in her ranking.
Autymn Franks 5’2 2021 G Casteel
Everyone keeps telling me how amazing of a defender Franks is! I am a big fan of defense and value that a ton! I am very excited to see how she locks up some of the best scorers in the event. I believe she even won defensive player of the year in her region last season.
Makenzie Shivers 5’5 2022 G Mesa
Shivers really impressed me earlier this summer when I saw her play at The PHHacility. I wish I could have seen her play more often but she club team is very small and plays in smaller events. While we try to make it out to all events, the bigger ones are just much easier since we see more teams/players. Shivers played super well when I saw her last and I am really excited to see if she can keep that up!
