Birch just capped off her career with the Lady Chargers with a 2nd place finish to Heathwood Hall in SCISA Class 4A. Alayah missed all of her junior season with an injury. She came back strong this past year and produced 21 double-doubles.
Alayah averaged 19.4 ppg, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals this season for the Lady Chargers. She finished her career with 1,722 points, 771 rebounds, 395 steals and 382 assists. Alayah can play multiple positions on the floor and did that this season for the Lady Chargers. Her recruitment has ranged from UNC-Pembroke, Winston-Salem State, Francis Marion, South Carolina State, Spartanburg Methodist College and East Georgia State.
Brown is a Class 5A State Champion with the Lady Gamecocks. Rickell brings toughness to the floor and a willingness to play wherever needed at times. Rickell averaged 15.3 ppg this past season while the Lady Gamecocks finished the season at (25-0). She dropped 20 points in the championship game vs Rock Hill including going 9-9 from the foul line.
Rickell plays the game with chip on her shoulder at times it seems. She’s constantly going to bring effort and aggressiveness every time she hits the floor.
Bradley has a lot of tools to be a good one down the road. Norriyah likes to attack and slash to the rack. She plays very well from out top with her ability to find open teammate. Norriyah averaged 12.8 ppg, 10.1 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 3.9 steals this past season.
She can really stuff the stat sheet on a given night. Norriyah plays very well in a transition setting and getting out in the open floor. She finished her career with 1,108 points.
Highlights
Jones played 1 1/2 years at Northwood Academy after sitting out the fall semester of her junior. She transferred into the Lady Chargers program from nearby Pinewood Prep. Morgan originally from move Massachusetts moved to the Palmetto State during her high school career. Jones averaged 13.5 ppg, 6 rebounds and 2 assists.
Morgan really seems to be at her best from the shooting guard position. She really likes to play from mid-range out to the 3-point line.
Highlights
Montgomery showed some really good moments for the Lady Bruins this season. Jada played her last two seasons at South Florence HS after starting out at Lake City HS. She likes to operate from the corners and out on the wing. She can handle the rock at times but seems to be at her best shooting the rock.
Jada averaged 14.5 ppg this season for the Lady Bruins (11-11).
