Defensively she guarded aggressively, moved her feet, and showed great anticipation in the passing lanes.

The way she attacks the rim and absorbs contact for and one finishes is impressive. Fulcer takes advantage of mismatches and finds her spots on the floor. Her patience and feel for the game sets her apart, she allows the action to come to her and plays with a high level of maturity.

Fulcer is a 5’10 PG with coordinated balance, a soft touch on the ball, smarts, and an appetite for success. She seems to move effortlessly in whatever she is trying to accomplish out on the floor and that’s the tell-tale sign of a natural in this sport. She also possesses a sound shooting stroke from all three offensive levels, making her a tough one to compete with, especially at this age level currently.
