Eva was one of the best forward prospects at our PGH Live tournament during the summer and she is off to a prolific start for Houghton. She won the interior battle against Gwinn with 25 points last week and anticipated passes to grab multiple steals. Eva pinned her defender with a strong seal in the low post and then stepped through to score the left-handed layup and one (swished the free throw). Eva sealed her defender again to convert another left-handed and one plus the free throw in the first quarter. Eva finished shots around the rim including offensive rebound putbacks.

Eva Gerard Eva Gerard Eva Gerard 6'0" | PF Houghton | 2025 State MI made a long trip to Mount Pleasant with Zero Star Basketball and she finished the PGH Live tournament as probably the biggest winner because of her incredible play. Eva scored off two in contested situations through contact in the paint, knocked down free throws, and effectively scored in the high post. She demonstrated the face up game and outside shooting accuracy from beyond the arc all weekend. Eva was a relentless rebounder on both ends, scoring put backs, and she dribbled into jumpers. Eva was one of the best college prospects at our tournament and the film did not do justice to how complete a prospect she is.
