was doing a nice job drawing defenders towards her and opening up the court for her teammates. She took matters into her own hands handling the ball in the paint using her spin move to create some space and make the two point shot. She follows shots on defense, too, grabbing rebounds. She hustled back on defense even blocking a big shot on a fast break making sure the game stayed close. Off the ball, she made quick cuts getting the pass and going to work. Her on ball defense was one to watch slowing down her opponents bringing it up the court.

McIntyre makes positive things happen when she is on the court with her team. She is electric in the open court – scoring or dishing – and helping her team’s success. McIntyre is an outstanding rebounder from the guard position. She can score in double figures, and McIntyre can grab double-figure rebounds in any contest as well. She is a true team player who is currently scoring 9 points and grabbing nearly 5 rebounds per game for the Wolverines.

McIntyre leads the way for Wakefield. She is their vocal leader and ensures things are done the right way on the court. She is a natural leader. McIntyre can attack the rim to score or to draw defenders and kick to a teammate. When McIntyre turns the corner, she is hard to stop. She finishes well at the rim and is unafraid of contact in the paint. She is always communicating to her team and leads by example as well. She won every sprint in this open gym and showed urgency on the court in every drill.
