Kate Shryock Kate Shryock 5'10" | SF Hough | 2026 State NC is long, athletic, and highly effective on both ends of the floor. Defenders should avoid driving too deep into the paint—Shryock uses her length exceptionally well to contest and block shots. She runs the floor hard, making it easy for point guards to pitch the ball ahead in transition.

Her defensive presence alone discourages opponents from attacking the lane, but she’s just as impressive offensively. Shryock scores efficiently around the basket and can consistently knock down short jumpers, making her a versatile threat inside and out.
