A tall and long 3pt shooter! Avery has textbook shot mechanics, every spot behind the arc is her spot! What a beautiful thing to see someone who works at their craft and have wonderful results. Every time the ball leaves Avery’s hands the shot looks like its going in. My comparison for her is Dallas Wings Jessica Shepherd. Coaches, when you’re in Louisville, Kentucky in July make sure you watch her play.

Avery was extremely impressive all weekend! This long guard has a beautiful three-point shot and knocked down plenty from deep. But her game doesn’t stop there. Avery also attacked the rim with confidence and finished multiple plays around the basket, including several strong left-hand finishes. On defense, her length caused problems all game long as she disrupted passing lanes and created havoc for opposing offenses!

Avery has taken a major leap during her sophomore season, with an even bigger jump coming! She is proving herself as one of the best three point shooters in her class. She brings length on defense, handles the ball with confidence, creates for others, and continues to expand her game!

Avery has a good combination of positional size as well as basketball IQ. She showed in 3 on 3 that she can be a true three level scorer. During 5 on 5 games, she showed she can do more than just score the ball. Able to be active on the defensive end as well as hitting the offensive glass,

Martin likely has the least well known name of any player on this list but I think her potential could land her as a top 20 player in the class before too much longer and she’ll only get better. Avery has good size already and plays pretty hard. Even if she’s a rotation “big” who specializes in rebounding this season, her future is very bright if she continues to work hard.
