Chris Gay has been with the Prep Girls Hoop team since the summer of 2024. He has a variety of experience in athletics, with his sport of choice being basketball. He has played at the AAU level, coached recreationally, and has covered basketball and other sports during college and in his professional career. Chris is a 2024 graduate of Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas where he was a part of the university's sports media program. He has experience interviewing and covering athletes and coaches, along with multiple years of play-by-play commentary. He is currently the play-by-play basketball commentator for Central High School in Little Rock, Arkansas, as well as the play-by-play football commentator for Joe T. Robinson High School. Chris is based out of the Little Rock Metropolitan area and he is committed to providing high school athletes with a platform that can help them in the recruiting scene. He also seeks to construct honest and accurate pieces that recognize the strengths of these student-athletes.
