Art Bogan | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Art Bogan is a highly respected evaluator and coach with extensive experience across every level of basketball — from grassroots and high school to junior college and Division I. Currently serving as a Prep Hoops Scout, Bogan brings a sharp eye for talent and a deep understanding of player development. He is the Founder of Team 4:13, an Oklahoma-based AAU program built on mentorship, fundamentals, and exposure. Bogan has also served as Head Coach for Team Griffin EYBL, competing at the highest level of Nike’s grassroots platform and helping develop multiple high-major prospects. His coaching resume includes collegiate stops at Seminole State College, Chipola College, Southern Nazarene University, and Texas Southern University Women’s Basketball, giving him a unique lens into what it takes for players to succeed at the next level. Bogan also coached at Edmond North, as well as both the boys and girls programs at Casady Prep, further demonstrating his versatility and basketball acumen. With deep relationships across the grassroots and college landscape, Art Bogan delivers high-level scouting insight, built on years of on-court experience and a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential.
