Since stepping into the scouting world in 2021, Byron Livsey has quickly established himself as a respected voice in girls and women’s basketball. With nearly a decade of experience with the WNBA’s Chicago Sky as a lead practice player and later as part of the player development staff, Byron brings elite-level insight and firsthand experience into every gym he enters. He is the founder of BXLENT Training, a player development company focused on skill enhancement and confidence building, and BXLENT Management and Marketing, a marketing and representation agency dedicated exclusively to women’s basketball. Through BXLENT, Byron represents WNBA players, collegiate athletes, and on-air talent, including hosts and sideline reporters. Now in his third year as Head Scout for Illinois, Byron is committed to identifying, evaluating, and developing top-tier talent across the state. His scouting and coaching philosophy is built on confidence, fundamentals, and the small details that separate good players from great ones. Lisa comes to us with a love and passion for the game of basketball. As a former player and coach, she instills the enthusiasm with her coverage of the Girls' Basketball Scene in Illinois. She is a USA Gold Licensed Coach and a former Board Member of the Arlington Heights Youth Basketball Association. She is a registered nurse and holds certifications in Emergency, Trauma and Pediatric Nursing.
