The West Virginia Tech signee can do a lot for her team with the basketball in her hands. She can run the point and is a good leader, but she can also drop down low and handle business around the rim. According to her travel ball club Arctic Rush, Bailey was one of their most consistent offensive players, reaching double figures in nearly all of her games. Bailey starts her climb in the rankings at #65.

A fantastic all-around player who is an excellent around the paint. Excellent footwork and able to take her defender to the rim. Good range, able to beat you inside or out. Very versatile and had a big summer for Arctic Rush. She has committed to West Virginia Tech.

Bailey didn’t take long to catch my attention the way she shined in many aspects of the game. She finished well in the paint and was a good north-south player, plays downhill well and is a heady player taking what is given to her. She is able to play through contact and showed good perimeter range, able to score from the three.
