Arop is coming along nicely, as this is her third Tip Sheet from me see evaluations here, and as I stress over and over the importance of “on the court” progression, she’s showing it each time I catch her. She’s moving more fluidly on defense, blocking shots, and rebounding better, plus she’s finishing stronger

Arop gave me an eyeful, well, kept both eyes full because not only is she “long and athletic” which is the base, watching her come from out of nowhere to block shots was a thrill for me. Yeah, she pinned one on the backboard and handled the ball afterwards, but seeing her go AFTA every rebound over and over was huge. She elevated over defenders to score and did a good job defending both inside and outside the paint

Arop stands at “the magic number” and when you factor in she’s also “long and athletic” her upside just grabs me because she can defend both in and outside the paint, she hits the boards on both ends, and her timing to block, alter, and/or deflect shots is nice. She also showed she could attack and score off the dribble
