That willingness to seek out different opportunities, coaches, competition, and perspectives should only elevate her game. Sometimes improvement comes from the volume and variety of quality work a player is willing to put in, and Addison is making sure she’s getting plenty of it.

Addison doesn’t waste time deciding what to do with the basketball. Whether it’s getting downhill, getting a shot up, or making the extra pass, she quickly identifies the lane or the outlet and attacks without hesitation. That decisiveness makes her difficult to defend and keeps the offense moving at a high pace.

Her ability to make quick reads often puts her near the top of the team in either points or assists, depending on what the defense gives her. Over the past month, she’s earned significant minutes on the floor, and with those reps has come noticeably increased confidence. The game appears to be easy to read for her, and as her comfort level continues to grow, so will her impact.
