Hix might be one of the biggest sleeper prospects not only in Southern Arizona but in the state. She has a strong frame, great athleticism and plays with confidence. Crashes the boards with purpose and can score the second chance opportunity quickly. Very skilled footwork in the post. Can space the floor with a consistent three ball and shoots her middy/floater over opposing forwards with ease. Hix could not only see her name on the first team list but in a year end POY discussion as well. As a junior she averaged 11 points, 10 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 block per game. Expect those averages to rise this season.
