Neshem is a clear Division 2 talent in my opinion. She is a returning All-State selection from last season and is one of the best guards in the state, regardless of Class. She is incredibly explosive and has a great first step. She is fearless going to the basket and has an array of finishes to choose from. She is a three-point threat and is also a good defender. Her competitive nature and work ethic really stand out to me. NSIC – be on high alert with Neshem.
