The Rice Lake post might be the best rebounder I’ve seen at the high school level in Wisconsin and the Midwest as a whole. Schmidt’s ability to control the glass will be what gives her team a chance to win games every time they’re on the floor. She has also done a solid job staying out of foul trouble this season. The Warrior is a player who will have a double-double in almost any game she plays at the high school level. Schmidt will continue her playing career in her home state in the Horizon League at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
