Stephens has given me glimpses of what she’s capable of doing yet at the Nike Houston Pro Skills tryout, she laid everything on the table see evaluation here This is one of the main reasons I love catching players in multiple setting because they can give you different views on what they bring to the table so seeing her play multiple positions was a plus
Stephens is “long and athletic” which is the base, and watching her not only attack the basket strongly and finish, but also show that she could play solid “on the ball” defense both in the set as well as baseline to baseline looked good
