Wroten played in the past two Class 1A State Championship Games for the Lady Vikings. Aijalon averaged 10.4 ppg, 4.4 rebounds and 4.3 steals this past season for the Lady Vikings. The Lady Vikings finished the season at (27-3) under Head Coach Terence Jones.

Wroten finished her career with 1,035 points for the Lady Vikings.

The final travel season for Wroten was spent wearing the uniform of SC Future. Wroten plays somewhat off the grid at Denmark-Olar, but the Vikings’ location is cancelled out by the success the program has experienced under coach Terence Jones. She was an important player in the Vikings run to the 1A state championship game last season and is providing veteran leadership once again for a Denmark-Olar team that has begun this season with a 5-2 record. Wroten is also a dual-sport athlete who has excelled as a volleyball player in addition to basketball and holds an offer from Denmark Tech.

The Vikings, who were that team that participated in last season’s 1A championship, will be returning a formidable team from last season – including a number of talented seniors. Wroten is a threat to gather steals and create extra Denmark-Olar possessions. She also has a knack for draining 3-pointers and converting on pinpoint passes to her teammates. Her activity she brings to the defensive end to the floor can affect an opposing team’s passing lanes and she is a potent rebounder as she displayed in the championship game. Wroten shared team captaincy duties last season and picked up an offer from Denmark Technical College.

Expect to see plenty of Denmark-Olar on our county rankings for this area particularly given how coach Terence Jones led the Vikings to the 1A championship game against Military Magnet. Last year, Wroten picked up an offer from Denmark Technical College. She particularly makes things for opponents on the defensive end of the floor and creates extra possessions with the steals she gains. Wroten shared team captaincy duties last season. Included in Wroten’s very diverse skillset is an affinity for shooting 3-pointers and making accurate passes to her teammates. She also plays the game active to disrupt an opposing team’s passing lanes. Wroten had 10 rebounds in last year’s 1A championship game.
