Facing a talented opponent in a rematch of the LHSAA Class 5A state championship game, Minor showed tremendous composure and helped lead Slidell to a major victory. Minor pressured the ball, disrupted the opposing offense and competed with intensity on every possession. She showed quick feet, active hands and the toughness needed to lock down her matchup. Her defense created momentum and allowed Slidell to generate additional opportunities in transition.

What stood out most was her ability to perform when the game mattered. Minor did not become overwhelmed by the stage, the opponent or the pressure surrounding the matchup. She remained composed, embraced the challenge and helped guide her team to the win.
