Alani-Skye Wilkerson Alani-Skye Wilkerson 5'10" | PF/SF Terry Sanford | 2027 NC was doing the work inside to get her points using her quick feet and strength to score some points.  She knew how to read shots to grab the rebound.  She was effective using power dribbles to get into position and score some points.  On defense, she was blocking shots protecting the basket.  She brought some much needed energy to her team in the third quarter hitting the old fashioned three point play.

For Terry Sanford, the sky(e) is the limit with Alani-Skye sporting the Bulldogs’ signature navy blue and red hues. Wilkerson spearheaded the Bulldogs’ efforts in the frontcourt as she concluded her afternoon with a double-double of 13 points and 12 rebounds. She would play in all 32 minutes and also led her team on the offensive glass with five. Most of what she gets accomplished is in the paint but she will display her versatility with a willingness to attempt shots from long range. Wilkerson is one of six from the class of 2027 on this season’s Terry Sanford assembling. 

Alani-Skye Wilkerson Alani-Skye Wilkerson 5'10" | PF/SF Terry Sanford | 2027 NC somehow gets lost by her opponents getting to the opening and showing off her range beyond the arc.  She fills in the open lanes on fast breaks, too, being ready for the ball scoring with ease.  Her defense is fun to watch anticipating what her opponents will do grabbing steals and immediately taking them the other direction to get a play going.

Alani-Skye Wilkerson Alani-Skye Wilkerson 5'10" | PF/SF Terry Sanford | 2027 NC was all over the court on defense hustling after loose balls and working to get the ball back for her team.  She was doing well sliding to the block in the gap getting the pass and going to work.  She showed off her range shooting the ball from deep.  She used her body to protect the ball shielding her opponents away from it.

Alani- Skye Wilkerson is an elite 2027 who has a smooth outside shot. She can shoot the basketball from anywhere on the court and knock it down with regularity from three. Wilkerson has very deep range from three. She is a threat in transition, in the halfcourt, and from the midrange. Additionally, she can score around the rim. Wilkerson has fantastic touch on her left-handed shot. She also has a lightning-quick release.
