Alayna Duhart Alayna Duhart 5'11" | C Brentwood Academy | 2027 State TN is a double-double threat every time she plays, and the aggressive nature she plays with is a big reason for it. She is extremely aggro in backing down defenders and uses her strength to create good angles to score down low. As well as using her strength, she has a solid handle that can create space for driving lanes. Whenever she gets the ball at the high post extended or at the top of the arc, look out.
Duhart, with being a double-double threat, is also both an above-average defensive rebounder and an above-average offensive rebounder.

Hard-working individual who is a true glass eater. She is big time on the boards on both ends of the floor. Offensively, she is going to dominate the low blocks, showing off a nice array of back-to-the-basket moves. She is physical on the defensive end, making it tough for opponents to score. She uses her physicality to bully in the paint. Look for her to have a coming-out party and really get after it this upcoming season.

This young lady is ready to show the district what the Lady Eagles’ ball program is all about. She has put in that work in the offseason, both in the weight room and in the lab. AD had a tremendous summer ball season where she destroyed opponents. Her game has evolved to where she can knock down the outside shot consistently, put the ball on the floor, and utilize her quick first step to the rim, and is still a beast around the low blocks, where she has a nice bag of counter moves that she uses on her way to scoring the basketball. She is a worker, and this upcoming season, she is going to have a breakthrough year and showcase that she belongs with some of the league’s best. Hard-nose kid who gets after it each possession.

A kid who works her tail off each time she steps onto the floor. This talented BA is going to be primed and ready to compete against other kids from across the country. For starters, this kid is physical. Establishing her presence on the low blocks, she is going to go through the opposition. She is great in the screen game, where she rolls and finishes, but also fades and knocks down the mid-range. She has added a 3-ball game to her arsenal, so don’t be surprised if she makes her fair share of attempts. She can handle the rock and will push it in transition. This kid’s game has evolved, and along with her confidence, she is going to turn a lot of heads come this July.

A physically big person who was burying people in the paint. Displayed nice footwork as she received the ball and went to work down low. She has soft hands, can make quick decisions, and when it’s time to make the move, she does so with such physicality. She has been working on her handles lately because there were many times when she caught the rock in the high post and drove into her move or incorporated a counter move on her way to the rim. She was big-time on the boards and brought the juice every possession. This kid is going to be tough in her league and an important piece of the Lady Eagles’ attack this upcoming season.

Old school big that gets it done in the painted area. She competes until there is nothing left. I love her ability to score the basketball, and she does so in numerous ways. She is great in the screen game, she can post up and command the ball at the low block, what is even more impressive is her ability to get offensive put backs that usually end up in and one situations. She is solid on the defensive end and goes after the ball, securing it with two hands. This kid is a solid contributor who is still growing each time she steps onto the floor. Look for her to stay on the trajectory and be a problem for teams down the stretch.

Remember Duhart’s name coaches! Powerful, takes the ball to the rim with force! Has no problem going coast to coast! She flat out takes over the game on both ends. Difficult to box her out because of her size and muscle! (Below, posting up; Featured Photo)

19pts, 20 rebounds, 1 block. You and I would take those numbers any day. AD was feeling it as if she wouldn’t be denied against Harpeth Hall. She owned the paint on both ends, getting it done, and enforcing her will. This kid is strong, knows how to establish herself down low, and finishes around the rim. She’s capable of performances like this nightly. Look for her to continue to grow and be a solid enforcer in the paint on both ends of the floor.

Solid big who is a very versatile player. She has been in the lab adding to her game. Normally, she is a back to the basket player and used heavily in the screen game. However, she’s added a 3pt shot to her arsenal as well as the ability to create off the dribble. One thing about her is she is going to be tough on both ends of the floor. Look for her to block shots and own the boards. Solid prospect who will be the anchor for the Lady Eagles ball club.
