She was off and running, as the best player in West Virginia came out on a different level. The Duquesne recruit is very sharp with the ball, makes great decisions and is very authorativw with the ball in her hands. Able to score in all three phases of the game, can handle the physical part of the game and plays with a cool demeanor.

My shooter!!!! I’m running Alexis off a single screen, off the double screen, and I’m running this athlete to be my top shooter! She has the green light to let it fly, and she should. Incase anyone didn’t know, she shot over 40% from 3 during her junior high school season. I read where her coach stated, “Kid is more than a shooter, but she can definitely put the ball in the basket.” This is 110% true. Bordas is a strong ball handler, and if she has an “off” night shooting, she finds any way possible to impact the game! She has the work ethic and the winning attitude. Bordas will continue to check off all of the boxes to be a great collegiate player! The lefty guard’s senior season isn’t loading just yet.
