Haleigh Behnken | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
When she gets to the free-throw line its almost automatic every trip, sometimes results in a three-point play by drawing fouls. She can shoot lights out from anywhere on the court and makes it look easy. A good team leader and is able to create plays for her team in a variety of ways, even when her shots are not falling she relies on her teammates to score. Finds her teammates, protects the paint, and moves efficiently without the ball.

I have been fortunate to have seen her play numerous times and she never disappoints. Clutch ice water in her veins from the free throw line. Great offensive player, but don’t discount her defensive effort. Makes plays for her team. Averaged 16 per game, ready to take her game to the NAIA level, headed to Indiana-East.

Good team leader, even when her shots are not falling, she is able to make plays for her team in different ways. Moves well without the ball, finds her teammates and is able to defend. One of her strongest attributes to her ability to put the game away from the free throw line down the stretch. In the two games I have seen her in person this season, she is 15-15 from the line. Headed to IU East.

One of the top players in her conference, Alexis showed her senior leadership down the stretch of her game I saw with a perfect 8-8 from the line as Arcanum earned a five point win. Great shooter, agile and athletic. Has good handles, Able to defend and force mistakes.

Talk about a player who has improved….that is Alexis. She had to take on a role last year of a leader and she grew from that. Her game has blossomed and she showed some really good things last week. She plays the game with poise and sees the floor well. Able to get downhill and finish at the rim. She is a scrappy player who can pick up her scoring chances when given to her.
Showed a good periemter game, not afirad at all to let it fly from the perimeter and her confidence is growing with every game she plays. Can’t wait to see her later to note the continued improvement.
