The MVP play from Mitchell led Loomis Chaffee to their 4th straight title. The 6’3 big put on a dominant display in the title game; she couldn’t be stopped at the rim plus the rim protection was top notch. There wasn’t much defenders could do either. Sealing early and teammates leading her with excellent entry passes led to the advanced play. Mithcell seemed to excel in these high leverage moments that the playoff atmosphere provides. It was clear early on into the game that Mitchell had every intention of leaving her imprint on this game. There were countless plays that stood out during the road to Loomis Chafee winning it all.
