Pins has been playing solid ball this Spring, holding her own in multiple facets of the game and that has led to some college interest from around the surround area’s. As of most recent, Pins grabbed an offer from Iowa Lakes CC to continue on following this next year of high school ball. There are several good CC programs around Iowa that usually compete for a National Title on a pretty regular basis so it’s always nice to have some of those options on the table. I think Pins is solid but some more experience could do her wonders. She has a fundamental games and if she can build on that who knows how good she could become over the rest of her career.

Alisa Pins Alisa Pins 5'9" | SG/CG Urbandale | 2027 IA averaged 7 PPG, 3 RPG, and 2 APG this past season for her Junior campaign with Urbandale. These numbers might not of led her team but they definitely helped in their groups overall success as the year went on. As long as Pins can find her niche within the Lady Pure Prep program early on this Spring, I expect her to have a steady work load. She will have a few others placed around her with some collegiate level talent and size but she just needs to play her role. Just like in high school ball. If everyone does that, they should capitalize when it matters in big moments throughout the season.

Alisa Pins Alisa Pins 5'9" | SG/CG Urbandale | 2027 IA is a “newer” prospect to this Update and she has been setting herself up for success this upcoming season. Pins has solid size for a SG at 5’9, she has a fundamental skill set on the offensive end with the ability to shoot and score at a better than average rate, and she is selfless enough to hit open teammates if she gets cut off or stopped in any form. This AAU season with her Lady Pure Prep team, Pins has been someone that her team can turn to when they need a stop or an important bucket and I can’t wait to see how she applies that to the Varsity floor this Winter. Norwalk is going to be a group to know this upcoming season with their 2028 Class coming in, the transfer of Grace Linder Grace Linder 5'11" | SF Norwalk | 2025 State IA , and the returning of their leader – Bailey Birmingham Bailey Birmingham 5'9" | CG Norwalk | 2025 State IA . They are led by a coach that instills a positive culture wherever he goes and that is going to be a huge factor in their success in the long run this Winter season.
