Allie poured in another strong performance to lead her team to states. Gilmer County beat Tolsia 74-23. The senior guard is the leader that you want on your team. Ellyson is completely unselfish, and she leads her team in scoring with averaging right over 16 points a game. This athlete knows what it takes to win. I will not be surprised if Gilmer County wins it all this season!

The University of Rio Grande commit is more than ready to lead her squad to a state championship! Ellyson is one of the hardest workers on the floor at all times! The non-stop motor that she plays with is exceptional! She has a quick release and will light it up fast from behind the arc. She has excellent court vision and she knows how to get her teammates open looks! Defensively, she disrupts opposing guards to no end! Pitino said, “Defense is about being relentless, from the first minute to the last.” Allie is a relentless defender with a heart of lion!
