Parker’s future is on the diamond, at the University of Oklahoma to be specific. But tonight, she single handedly outscored Okemah before checking out midway through the fourth quarter. She checked out with 37 points and 12 rebounds, at the time Okemah only had 33 points. She’s automatic around the rim. Crashes the offensive glass hard, and makes a killing in mid-range. If she wasn’t going to the bluest of blue bloods in softball, a D1 basketball future surely would be in the cards. As is, she’s a young lady on a mission to add more hardware to Pocola’s trophy case.
