The Tennessee Tech signee has grown tremendously throughout the course of her high school career. From being a role player to learning how to be the lead dawg, she has accomplished so much on the hardwood. She is a three-level scoring threat that impacts the game on ends of the floor. Her ability to attack and finish and stop and pop is tremendous. Add in the value she brings on the defensive end, you have one solid prospect in this kid. She has been battle-tested and will go into the TTU program ready to compete. Though she graduates this year, keep an eye on this young lady cause she isn’t finished growing yet into a dominating prospect.

This kid is talented and will be ready to get comfortable as this arena will be her home for the next four years as well. She will be the leading catalyst of the Catholic attack. Look for her to establish her presence early.

In my opinion, Redd is one of the hardest athletes to stop in the state! She has elite footwork with a bag full of beautiful moves. She showcased this numerous times in the first quarter and throughout the game. She has a great touch around the rim! Despite the loss, she filled up an entire stat sheet. She picked up steals, and she added numerous big time rebounds. She led her team in scoring and left it all on the court to try to get the win against Webb!

I have said it before, but this young lady has improved her game in so many ways throughout the course of her career. She went from a little know prospect to Tennessee Tech signee. Add this too, she went from being a role player to a intricate part of a Lady Irish attack. She did her time and did the grind. Averaging 17 points a game this year, she has eclipsed many benchmarks along the way. This kid is a champion for one, but add her body of work and what she does on the court, she is tough to handle. Though she didn’t finish in the final three, she has still had a stellar career.

The Tennessee Tech signee has been one of the most improved young ladies in the state over the years. Each year, her game seemed to grow. From when she was a freshman making contributions to now, she has been one of the most consistent performers around the state. This kid is a hungry individual who brings it. A tremendous talent who shines when the lights come on is averaging 17ppg and 7 rpg. A gym rat, she has tremendous work ethic and is a proven winner when it comes to this game. A talented kid who will be soaring high for the Lady Eagles.

The Tennessee Tech commit was doing big dawg things for her ball club. With 15 points, 11 boards, and 5 assists, this kid has that “Mamba Mentality” and is going to help her club make a run at state contention. Amaya shouldered the load as she was aggressive and put the ball in the cup. She draws so much attention, it frees up her teammates to get in on the action as well. This kid has a motor, plays hard on both ends of the floor. Tennessee Tech got a steal in this young lady. This young lady means business. Look for Amaya to continue on this upwards trajectory and lead this Lady Irish ballclub to multiple victories. Great talent who is going to have a super senior year.

Shifty forward who will be relied on heavily this upcoming season. A solid two-way player who can score it from all 3 levels. Motored up, she an aggressive attacker who can handle the ball and create her own shot. She’s solid on both ends of the floor, where she thrives and gets turnovers on the defensive end. Look for her to push the ball in transition to get layups and mid-range jumpers. Solid prospect who is going to have a big year.

Last year at this time, I knew who Amaya Redd Amaya Redd 5'10" | SF Knox. Catholic | 2025 State TN was, and I thought she was a very good athletic with a pretty good skill set. Fast forward a year, and she is, without a doubt, a very good athlete with a VERY GOOD skill set. Her stock has risen as much as any player I know of over the past year as she’s sitting on a bunch of D1 offers.
I really like how “The Train” plays. She gets down hill in a hurry, and if she gets her shoulders past the defender’s shoulders, you’re done. She will make the right read. She a fantastic finisher, with a strong frame, and a isn’t afraid to initiate contact. She’s also a high level passer on the move in tight spaces. She’s looking to lead Knox Catholic to another state championship.

It’s hard to find a player who has seen their stock rise over the past year more than Redd. At 5’10 (and STRONG) with high level agility and athleticism, she’s able to slide up or down the lineup. She guards multiple positions defensively, and is a plug and play kid offensively. College coaches love her versatility. Recently picked up offers from ETSU, Southern Illinois, and Radford.
