continues to prove why she is considered one of the top young guards in Texas’ 2030 class. Standing at 5’9″, she combines size, athleticism, and scoring ability to create matchup problems for defenders. Ratcliff excels at attacking the basket, using her length and body control to finish through contact while consistently putting pressure on defenses.
What makes her especially intriguing is her ability to score at multiple levels. While she is effective getting downhill, she has also shown the ability to create her own jumper and knock down mid-range shots. Her offensive versatility and confidence make her a constant scoring threat.
Defensively, Ratcliff uses her size and athleticism to disrupt opponents, guard multiple positions, and create transition opportunities. With her combination of physical tools, skill set, and upside, she remains one of the most promising young prospects in the state and a player whose stock should continue to rise.

Ratcliff has already made a couple of my Tip Sheets, as well as one from @playerrimedies see evaluations here, so her being a “long and athletic” guard is already going to be an issue for defenders because she has a variety of moves to get to the basket and score, yet the more I see her, watching how she creates her jumper and drop the midrange is a GAME CHANGER

Ratcliff impressed @playerrimedies last season, and I got a glimpse of her abilities a few weeks ago; see evaluations here. The numerous ways she can score from outside will transition well when she enters high school. Since the midrange is a lost art, I love seeing players utilize it. She played the passing lane and picked some pockets, but her acrobatic finishes were very nice

Ratcliff has also elevated her game as well as her height, but she came out dropping the jumper with a hand in her face; her “catch and shoot” also looked good, and her game mirrors her sisters in so many ways. Both are “long and athletic” guards with a very nice first step. Her “on the ball” pressure created havoc, but she also hit the boards and went C2C to score a few times, that’s “coast to coast” plus her body control after contact was nice

Shooter that may favor the midrange jumper more than behind the three. Good pull up off the bounce, and her shot development for a player that has not entered high school yet is similar to her twin’s, beyond their years.
