Ray left a lasting first impression last year, see evaluation here, and I knew she had a lot of tools to create problems on both ends. She’s grown, on and off the court, yet her defensive pressure is even more effective as she’s making the offensive player pick up their dribble. I also enjoyed her “picking pockets” using quick hands, and the first step is nice to attack the basket. On top of all that, seeing her finish after contact, with either hand, was another plus
