About Amoria

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My game play style is a combination of Drew Holiday, Jackie Young and Napheesa Collier. I love to play defense on the best player for 94 ft. My handles and moves are quick and decisive with great vision. But like Napheesa I can score in the post , mid-range and the 3 point line. Im a team player that looks to make my better. I led my team in points, rebs., blks, steals and assists.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is one where I like to do my best in whatever I do. I love sports including flag football, basketball, skating, pickleball, and volleyball. I like to cook, and do facials, hair and makeup for myself and others. I Love to teach kids anything that I know or can do. I get along with all types of people because I'm a good listener and the youngest of 6 kids.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I play flag football and I've taken about 3 years of music I can play the drums, xylophone and Cello,. Ive been part of the media club at school that takes pictures and videos of different school events. I volunteered on the Theater Club as a grip and stagehand. I've received honor roll and High Honor roll certificates all three of my High School years.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I mentor younger Elementary students at my church and that allows me to develop leadership skills and learn how to plan lessons and events. I help volunteer and feed breakfast to our community once a week. During holidays my family and I give dinners to people on the street and I help put love packages together. Quarterly I do things like clean up a neighborhood block and give away clothes.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college that I can develop my skills as an educator, business woman and as an athlete. I can strive in small or large university. I would like to travel and see different places as a basketball player. I want a college that cares about me as a person, student and athlete.
