Thompson can really make things happen inside or out. She has good handles, she makes good passes, she can score at all 3 levels, and she can create for her teammates. She’s got excellent size and strength, and she used that to her advantage game-in and game-out. When Thompson saw a mismatch, she could post up inside or make a strong drive to the hoop. She was able to finish through contact or knock down free throws. Thompson was constantly making good things happen for Whitefield and I have a feeling she will continue doing that next season at the University of the Cumberlands.
