About Anaiyah

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play with heart and hustle. I give 100 percent on every play. I’m an aggressive athlete that takes it to the rim and finishes! I can score at all 3 levels.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality consists of never being satisfied. If we get a win, great! But there is still work to be done. My personality is all over! I’m someone who could make you laugh, make you feel better, and overall just happy!

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have always been on High honor role! I’ve played on a couple AAU teams and looking to be apart of one now.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am captain of my basketball team at Cyprus high school and was given this role because I don’t give up on myself or especially my teammates. They’re my family and will be treated as such. I am very involved in my community and look for any opportunities to help another.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I’ve faced many significant challenges. My family has been through so much. Divorce has been our biggest challenge yet. But we get through everyday without a problem and love like there’s no tomorrow

What type of college are you looking for?

I am honestly looking for any college that sees my potential. I love this sport, and if there’s a college willing to take me on and let me continue doing what I love that’s were I’ll go.
