McGriff did something I love seeing players do, and that’s take me back to another era. With that being said, let me drop my coveted #THROWBACK hashtag because what she did at her size was abundant in yesteryear, and please note, you can’t teach desire, nor fire, well, unless it’s a song, but she managed to hit several high notes. Yeah, she’s athletic, but watching her explode off the ground for rebounds, as well as scoring, both over taller players, JUST DID IT for me, and let me add her “on the ball” pressure was smothering at times
