Andrea led the #2 state ranked Benton Lady Cardinals to a 2-1 finish in the Kearney Bulldog Classic defeating North Kansas City and Park Hill before falling short to a good #3 in Class 5 St. Teresa’s in the championship game. Andrea averaged 20.3 ppg, drained 11 3’s (11 for 18 from behind the arc) while earning All-tournament team honors.

A 5’10” wing player who is one of the top players in the Northwest part of the state. She has already led Benton to back to back Class Final Four appearances in 2022 and 2023. You can put her just about anywhere on the court on offense and she is capable of being a strong producer. She has given a commitment to Rockhurst.

Simmons simply gets it done for Benton. She was the catalyst to a deep playoff run and offers a lot of scoring variety from the post. Her 11 PPG and 6 RPG were consistent on a night to night basis. Simmons also shot 43% from three. Look for her to take a huge leap entering her junior season. One of the best in 2025.
