One of the best full court engagers in all of MA, regardless of class. Boyd is ferocious and the ‘go getter’ mentality she has serves her well in individual matchups. Annabel will find a way to influence ballhandlers to do uncharacteristic things with the ball due to her constraints. Her fast feet and hands are distracting for even the best of floor generals. Boyd gets inserted in the game to cause sheer havoc. The number of turnovers she’s made happen this year is remarkable. She’s an astoundingly energetic defender.

Annabel is a defensive pest that is sent to hound opposing team’s best guards. Even though she offers some top-level full court pressure, she’s a very willing passer that’s been racking up the assist totals. Boyd scores in moderate portions, but that indicative of knowing her game. When she is attacking, she’s scanning the floor to hit the right teammate in position. Boyd is within the top 10 in assists at the moment and she has certainly brought a ton of value to Danvers.
