Shimada is a gem that does a lot on the floor. She takes care of the ball and she is also able to handle that pressure. With her size she causes mismatch issues because often times taller players that are not as mobile have to defend her. She makes great reards and she has yet to hit her ceiling. Look for her to continue to rise on the grassroots seen.

Shimada is a player that can switch 1-5 and her length is is impressive as she can block shots, get rebounds and bring the ball up the floor. She runs with SUSA and she showed stock rising ability right off the bat.

Shimada has a really good pace to her game and she has a mixture of inside and outside attacks. As a guard she does a good job f mixing things up and battling for rebounds and once this Cedar City team gets healthy they will be back, Shimada can hoop.
