Gamillo has been one of the most explosive players to watch so far this season. She plays with a high motor and has shown every ability to have success at the next level. Shes averaging 23.8 points per game with a season high of 35 points in a game. Shes shooting 43 percent from the field, 36 percent from three and adding 3.3 assists per game on the offensive end. Shes surpassed 25+ points six times this season. Gamillo plays just as effectively on the defensive end. Her height, wingspan and awareness allows her to impact the game at a high level. She’s adding 9.8 rebounds, 3.9 steals and 3.1 blocks per game. A highly under recruited prospect.

Gamillo is tough. She plays with passion and purpose. Dominant in all areas of the game. Defends the perimeter well and shuts down the paint. In her game against Sabino, Gamillo finished with 36 points 10 blocks and 12 rebounds. Gamillo is highly under recruited. She plays the game with next level ability and has only gotten better with every showing.

Ariana Gamillo Ariana Gamillo 6'0" | PF Walden Grove | 2026 State AZ is another one of the best kept secrets in Southern Arizona. She is primed for a huge Senior season. Gamillo is a seasoned veteran that has a very high basketball IQ. She is a leader on the floor that is a fierce competitor. She has a very nice offensive game especially in the paint. She also shot the ball well from 3 point range in the Showcase. She is a tough defender that can defend forwards or guards, and she is an excellent rebounder because of her height and length. I see her playing the shooting guard position on the next level but she can play forward as well. Look for Gamillo to have a breakout season for Walden Grove and help propel them to a deep Playoff run.

Ariana Gamillo Ariana Gamillo 6'0" | PF Walden Grove | 2026 State AZ had a very solid year last season for Walden Grove earning 2cnd Team All Region in the very tough 4A Kino Region. This was her first full year after recovering from a torn ACL, and she is now starting to get to full strength and reach the potential that everyone predicted when she was a freshman. She is a Forward that can play guard as well and can defend multiple positions. She is a very good shooter that excels in the mid range, and she has a solid post game offense too. She has very good size and length and if she continues to improve her strength and agility, she will be a highly recruited player.

Ariana Gamillo Ariana Gamillo 6'0" | PF Walden Grove | 2026 State AZ is flying under the radar. She was injured during her sophomore year and did not play. She is a tall athletic Forward that has a knack for getting into position and scoring in the paint. She is a good rebounder and defender and has a tremendous upside.
