Goppy gave me all that and then some, and when you’re a REAL EVALUATOR, no matter what the setting is, you get it, and by you I mean me. That old #sizedontmatter when you can play fits perfectly, as she created her shot while being pressured and knocked it down from mid to long range, but she also scored off the dribble. She saw the floor; she followed her shot, but her “stop and pop” and “catch shoot” just blew me away. Her “on the ball” pressure also needs to be mentioned

Ariel has secondary facilitation skills and a knack for absorbing contact on the drive. She also provides a stable outlet on the wing when teammates are looking to make the extra pass too. That strong build of hers overpowers opponents on both ends of the floor. Defensively, she’s not afraid to crash the glass, but she also runs her lanes widely when it’s time to pick up the tempo. Ariel’s overall steadiness as a prospect is what coaches will probably like the most about her.
