She’s also a vocal leader who knows how to motivate her teammates. Powell was named to the 4A All-State First Team her junior year. Her favorite basketball player is Victor Wembanyama, and her ceiling in Oregon’s class of 2027 is as high as The Alien is tall. Powell will grow her game this spring and summer with the state’s top U17 club team, ML20.
