Around the state, people may not know her as much as other guards, but she’s a kid who can play scholarship-level basketball if she wants to play at the next level. As good as the Cuba City backcourt was, Rowe was the one who got a late steal to seal a semifinal win for the Cubans and finished with 11 points, six rebounds, and three steals. Rowe followed that performance up with 11 points, seven assists, and six rebounds in the title game against Laconia. She’s a consistent kid in the backcourt and makes winning plays. I’m a massive fan of hers.

I’ve only seen Rowe at Summer Slam because I don’t think she plays AAU. However, any small school looking for a guard should look at Rowe. As good as the Cuba City backcourt was with Olivia Olson Olivia Olson 5'8" | PG Cuba City | 2025 State WI last season, Rowe was a significant reason why the Cubans ripped through Southwest Wisconsin and played well in their non-conference schedule with some of the top teams in the state. Rowe made a fan out of me after I saw her confidence and will to make plays on the biggest stage of high school basketball in Wisconsin as a Sophomore. We’ll see when Olson gets back on the floor this season, but I have no doubts Rowe can keep the ship steady in the meantime.

I’d only seen a few streams of Cuba City games because they’re about two hours from where I live and dominate Southwest Wisconsin. Rowe was a solid off-ball guard that made plays on both ends of the floor. The Cubans had a nine-player roster at the state tournament in any division but had a group they trusted to make plays, and Rowe is one of the key figures in the program. She’s a player small schools will like.
