A high-effort rebounder who creates opportunities simply through hustle and consistently pursuing the ball. She plays with a strong motor and does a nice job competing for rebounds outside of her immediate area. Defensively, she showed great awareness as a help defender, recognizing when to rotate and positioning herself to help secure the paint for her team.

Jenkins showed flashes in the 3-on-3, showing she could score and defend, yet it became clearer that she understands how to create her shot and drop it while being defended when the 5-on-5 games started. She’s a “long and athletic” guard who did a good job defending baseline to baseline, plus her “court vision” across the board was solid see evaluations here

Jenkins left a lasting first impression at the June Jamboree, showing me she could not only handle pressure but also apply it see evaluation here Her court vision across the board is going to be a problem, not just because she’s heady, but also because of her understanding of who to give the ball to and when to do so. She also showed she can score in the clutch and understands when to take over

Jenkins gave me a great first look as she was also, you guessed it, long and athletic, and a guard. She’s heady and understands how to create her shot, as well as create spacing, and her step-back 3 was icing on the cake for me. Yes, she drops the stop and pop jumper and elevates in the set to nail it from outside. Her “on the ball” defense looked good; she also rebounded and plays the passing lane. Her EURO and court vision also need s to be mentioned
