Anderson has made a couple of my Tip Sheets; see evaluations here. I’ve already mentioned how skilled she was and how she took me back to another era, doing #THROWBACK things like diving on the floor for loose balls, yet she had me smiling seeing her use the “hands and footwork” around the basket to score against taller players. Anderson grabbed my attention at an Individual Showcase last because of her skillset as well as doing things from yesteryear I don’t see enough of, which is why I drop the #THROWBACK hashtag see evaluation here Fast forward to now, she’s still doing things from another era like following her shot but she’s also finishing stronger after contact and range has gotten deeper. Anderson is an athletic guard who uses her athleticism on both ends, and seeing her not only play the passing lane but also go hard on the defensive end was nice. She gets the #THROWBACK for diving after loose balls and seeing her rebound and handle the ball afterward while being defended was another plus. She created her shot to drop the jumper, “stop and pop” in transition was also nice, yet her deceptive first step got her by the defender to score off the dribble
