Both Marr and Archbishop Murphy come into the year with big expectations, and she’s a huge tone-setter for the Wildcats who plays with an edge to her game. She’s a highly effective shooter from deep but she’s also a big threat operating around the paint. She is strong on drives but it’s her ability to stop and turn, pivot back and forth, and find that edge on her defender to get a good look that really stands out. She uses that strength and footwork to get the look she wants and score from both inside and out.

Ava does a fantastic job at playing on or off ball for Archbishop-Murphy, contributing big for her team in whatever role they may need her in. She has great speed which helps her on both ends of the court and while running in transition by filling holes perfectly. Marr shoots it lights out from anywhere around the three point arc.

Seems like Ava has been around forever. She has excelled each year with her overall scoring. She can silso shoot it from three, she’s got great speed in the open floor, and can create her own shots in the hsif court. As an athletic guard she has the potential to be a lock down defender, creating opportunities for teammates in transition. Ava is elite in the open floor.

Ava seems like she has been around forever. Dating back to her being selected to the all tournament team as a freshman at state. She is a high energy player, creates well and excels in the open floor. A great athlete with skills to be an elite level guard in class 2A or beyond. She has had a good off-season, and expect big things from her as part of a backcourt that should challenge for a state title next season.

Ava is one of my favorite players to watch on the court. She understands the game so well, being able to direct her teammates in order to make a big play happen. Her high IQ helps on the defensive side of the ball too, leading to many turnovers for her team. Marr has a great deep shot and the ability to score from all three levels effectively.
