Owens found herself in the right spot a notable number of times on the defensive end last season. That trait alone makes her a big steal threat, in just knowing where to be. In a game against Dickson County High School last season, she had four steals.
On offense, Owens is mainly a threat from outside and mainly scores from catch-and-shoot actions. She does a good job of getting open looks beyond the 3-point line by finding open space in defenses, with her off-the-ball movement.
