About Avery

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

All intensity player that prides myself in playing both strong defense and offense. I use my speed to drive when needed but consider myself to be a shooter from both mid range and 3pt.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

While I want to look to score and push the pace winning is more important than personal offensive stats. Impacting the game is important be it on defense or offense.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am active with my local church and in participating in community service.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would like to look at schools that have a strong business program and can challenge me academically.

Avery put together an impressive stretch with a 23-point, 4-assist, 6-steal performance against Franklin, then followed it up with another strong showing against King Philip. Despite facing constant double teams and aggressive face-guarding, she still poured in 25 points, proving her ability to score under pressure. She shoots the ball at a high level from beyond the three-point line and pairs that with a strong handle that allows her to navigate the floor and get to her spots consistently.
