I strongly believe hard work pays off. After struggling with confidence my freshman year I decided to get in the gym more and work in areas where I struggled. In July, I got to see that hard work pay off at a team basketball camp where I went from a non contributing player to the highest scoring varsity player on my team. After seeing my improvement it showed me how much time and effort pays off.
