Ayonna plays low and fast, with solid footwork when she catches the ball in the post, making decisive moves. She attacks every rebound at its highest point. Ayonna can also shoot well off the catch, with a smooth follow-through and soft touch. She can knock down open threes and keeps defenders honest with her midrange shot. Her athleticism and high motor make her an impact player anytime she’s on the floor. She’s unselfish and does whatever it takes to help the team win on both ends, elevating the players around her. This season, she looks to lead her South Broward team on a deep 6A state playoff run.
