I’ve gotten a chance to see Hoover play in person a handful of times, and each time she seems to tap into another level of confidence in her game. She has a solid handle and a quick first step, with a nice shot to go with it. On the defensive side of the ball is where she becomes a problem for the opponent. She can guard multiple positions with impact. A intriguing prospect.
